TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion eligibility
1. The promotion applies to new in-store sales where a valid Heatstore quotation is accepted by a customer between 19 October and 15 December 2026 inclusive. The accepted quotation must include supply and
installation of the eligible fire and flue by Heatstore.

2. The $400 discount applies to eligible Masport wood burner, and eligible Ravelli pellet fire only as listed by Heatstore at www.heatstore.co.nz (Eligible Models). It is calculated against the applicable current manufacturer recommended retail price (RRP) for the same model, where that RRP is genuine, current and substantiated. The RRP price, discounted price and savings will be shown in the customer’s written quotation.

Installation saving
3. The $100 installation saving applies to eligible installations arranged through and supplied by Heatstore only and is limited to either the first 70 accepted quotes or sales agreements confirmed on or before the 15th of December 2026, whichever occurs first.

4. The $100 installation saving is to be applied against the assessed supply and installation quote.

5. The installation must be booked with Heatstore and completed within 6 months of the quote acceptance to qualify. The eligible installation scope and any exclusions or additional charges will be stated in the written
quotation. In the unlikely event the installation cannot be completed within 6 months of the quote due to a Heatstore or installer-caused delay, the customer will not lose the discount.

6. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless Heatstore expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

7. Customer-requested booking changes may incur a rebooking fee where disclosed before the change is confirmed. No rebooking fee will apply solely because Heatstore or its installer initiates the change.

8. Additional costs may apply for access difficulties, specialist work, disconnection, building work, repairs or other services such as removal and disposal of old appliances. Any such costs will be identified in the written quotation before the customer commits to the work.

Pricing, payment and other conditions
9. Freight and delivery are excluded unless expressly included in the written quotation. The quotation will separately identify the qualifying fire, applicable price and discount, installation, removal and disposal, freight and any other charges, as applicable.

10. Unless the customer pays in full, a $3,000 deposit is payable upon acceptance of Heatstore quotation. The deposit forms part of the total purchase price. Payment dates, cancellation, refund and other contract terms will be set out in the written quotation or sales agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, outstanding payments are due within seven days of the relevant invoice.

11. Heatstore may amend or withdraw the promotion for future sales, but this will not remove benefits already agreed with a customer or affect any statutory rights.

12. Heatstore’s standard terms apply to the extent they are consistent with these promotional terms and applicable law.

13. All offers are subject to qualifying model eligibility and availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available under New Zealand consumer law.

PROMOTIONAL VALUE CALCULATIONS
Masport wood burners: $400 discount + $100 installation saving = $500 maximum combined promotional value.

Ravelli pellet fires: $400 discount + $100 installation saving = $500 maximum combined promotional value.

These totals combine different types of benefits. The full value is available only where all applicable eligibility requirements and conditions are met. The values are not a cash payment and exclude freight and any additional charges
